Training Director 

Training Director Andrea is a charismatic and enthusiastic training specialist who brings energy and passion to her training courses. 

With over 15 years experience in customer service management roles including hotel general management and retail management, Andrea is passionate about excellent customer service delivery. She thrives on the day-to-day energy and diversity her role brings and has genuine interest in helping people achieve their personal objectives, which means each session is adapted to fit the groups’ needs. 

Andrea started out with qualifications in Hotel Management and Retail management and worked in the luxury hotel market for 10 years before realising that her true passion was in training. She is now a qualified teacher of adult education and also holds qualifications in training and coaching.  

Andrea set up Andrea Doyle Training in 2015. She has deigned and delivered bespoke training courses, coached individuals and facilitated workshops for many different types of customer service focused business and always gets great enjoyment out of seeing people get the “light bulb” moment and become engaged and motivated during the her sessions.
